Urban Family Ministries’ serves Middle and High School age youth in addition to elementary age children. One way to do this is to bring together urban teens for a sport or an fun activity. And time is always devoted to a study of the Scriptures. True disciples are being made through these unique biblical communities.
"B3" - Boys Basketball & Bible Study Teen boys meet in the gym of a local church on Thursday evenings to play some basketball, study the Bible, and eat some pizza. As a volunteer, you can assist our leader with the game, during the devotional or help with transportation. You don't need to play basketball if that's not your skill. Just be willing to be there and be a friend to these boys.
"Girls Night" Teen girls gather on Thursday evenings at our youth center for a Bible study and girl activities. As a volunteer, this is a great opportunity to get to know our girls better and talk openly about Christ and the personal struggles they may be facing. Come join us!
