Moms On a Mission to Stop Violence

These mothers stand with pictures of their sons & daughters who have been killed by senseless street violence calling the community to take action to prevent the violence. They are present across the city at major intersections. They speak at city forums. They journey together sharing the pain and grief of the family tragedy with one another receiving encouragement and support. They recently attended a weekend of spiritual revival and empowered healing with Rev. Sandra McLaughlin and Elijah Libbett at The Shack.
